Fish Tacos

Not the best fish tacos I've ever had... but very good for San Jose.

Grub

Pork spareribs marinated in soy, fish sauce, mirin, lemonade and brown sugar. Stir fried with basil and green onion.
 
I've made this about 5 or 6 times and this one turned out the best. Approved by wife.
 
Still testing out Posterous.
